The grantor is Myriam E. Alvarez, <br />whose address is PO Box 712, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 ( "Borrower "). Borrower is not necessarily the <br />same as the Person or Persons who sign the Home Equity Line of Credit Agreement, dated May 26, 2016 <br />( "Contract "). The beneficiary is Pathway <br />Bank, which is organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska and whose address is 306 S High <br />St, P 0 Box 428, Cairo, Nebraska 68824 ( "Lender "). Myriam E. Alvarez has entered into a Contract with <br />Lender as of May 26, 2016, under the terms of which Borrower may, from time to time, obtain advances not to <br />exceed, at any time, a ** *MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT (EXCLUDING PROTECTIVE <br />ADVANCES) * ** of Five Thousand and 00 /100 Dollars (U.S. $5,000.00) ( "Credit Limit "). Any party interested <br />in the details related to Lender's continuing obligation to make advances to Borrower is advised to consult directly <br />with Lender. If not paid earlier, the sums owing under Borrower's Contract with Lender will be due on May 26, <br />2019. All replacements and additions shall also be <br />covered by this Security Instrument.
