<br /> materials; �b} "Envir�nmental Law" m�ans�ederai lav�rs and #aws of th�jurisdicti�n where the Prop�rty
<br /> is�acated that relat�to heai�h, safety or�n�ironm�ntal pr�#eCtian; �c}"Environmental Cleanup"�nc�ud�s
<br /> any respons� actian, remed�al action, a� rema�al a�tivn, as defined �n Environmen#al Law; and �d} an
<br /> "En��ronmental Con�itian" means a cor�dition that can cause, ��ntribut� to, or otherwise �rigger an

<br /> Barrowe�shai�not cause or permit�he presence, use,disposal,storage,ar r�(ease af any Hazardous
<br /> Substances, or�hreaten ta re�ease any Hazardous Substances, on ar in the Pro�erty. Bvrrower shall
<br /> not da, no� allow anyone else �o da, anything affe�ting the �roperty �a} that is in �iolativn of any
<br /> Environmen�al Law, �b} which crea�es an En�iranmer�ta� Conditian, or �c} which, due�v the presence,
<br /> use, or release af a Hazard�us Substance, c�eates a condition that adve�seiy affects the value of the
<br /> Property.The preceding two s�nt�nces shal� not appiy to the pr�sence, use, or s�ara�e on th�Prflperty
<br /> �f small quantities of Hazardous Substan��s that are generally recagnized to be�p�rapr�ate#a narm�i
<br /> residenttal uses and to maintenance of the Proper�y�including, but nat I�mited to, hazardous subs�ances
<br /> in consum�r praducts}.
<br /> Borrawer shal� promptly��ve Lender written notice vf�a} any invest�gation, cia�m, demand, lawsu��
<br /> or oth�r actian by any governmental or regulatory agency ar p��vate party invol�ing #he Prap��ty and
<br /> any Hazardous Substance or Environm�ntal Law �f which Barrvwer has ac#ual knowledge, �b} any
<br /> Environmental Cond�tian, including but not limited t�, any spi���ng, leak�ng, dis�harge, release�r threa�
<br /> of re�eas�of any Haza�dous Substance, and �G} any cand�ti�n Gaused �y the pr�sence, use ar release
<br /> of a Hazardous Substance whi�h adverseiy affects the va�ue of the Praperty. If Bo�rower learns, o� is
<br /> notified by any go�ernmenta� o� regulatory authority, or any private �arty, that any removal or ath�r
<br /> r�mediation of any Hazardaus Substan�e affec�ing the Property is n�c�ssa�-y, Sarrower shall promptly
<br /> take all necessa�y rem�dial actions in ac�ordance with En�ironmentai Law. Nothing herein shali create
<br /> any obligat�on �n Lender for an Environmental Cl�anup.
