That existing drainage easement located in Vanosdall Second Subdivision, <br /> in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br /> 1 <br /> COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT THREE (3), VANOSDALL SECOND <br /> SUBDIVISION, SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE ON AN <br /> ASSUMED BEARING OF N89°17'54"E, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT THREE (3), A <br /> DISTANCE OF 513.16 FEET; THENCE N61°29'44"E, ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID <br /> LOT THREE (3), A DISTANCE OF 239.86 FEET; THENCE S17°27'00"E, ALONG THE EASTERLY <br /> LINE OF SAID LOT THREE (3), A DISTANCE OF 131.47 FEET; THENCE N89°38'58"W A <br /> DISTANCE OF 763.34 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
