Arends, <br />C Trustee of the ROBERT A. ARENDS TRUST, dated September 13, 2010, made by Robert A. <br />Arends, Settlor; and Nancy C. Arends, Trustee of the NANCY C. ARENDS TRUST, dated <br />> September 13, 2010, made by Nancy C. Arends, Settlor; to AREND R BAACK, attorney, <br />t OD Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated March 5, 2015 and <br />recorded March 6, 2015, in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S <br />OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #201501363 has been paid, and <br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to <br />such premises; <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 89, IN WHEELER AND BENNETT'S FOUTH ADDITION TO THE CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this /')'' day of May, 2016. <br />Witness my hand and Notarial Seal the day and year last above written. <br />Notary Public <br />CI) <br />rustee: Arend R.
