<br />COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 18 PROCEEDING IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG AND UPON THE
<br />SOUTH LINE OF LOT 18, A DISTANCE OF 65 FEET, THENCE PROCEEDING AN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL TO THE
<br />EAST LINE OF SAID LOTS 16 AND 18 A DISTANCE OF 104 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 16, THENCE
