Stutzman and Crystal L. Stutzman to the United States of America, acting through the <br />Farm Service Agency, United States Department of Agriculture, as Trustee for the benefit of the <br />United States of America, acting through the Farm Service Agency, United States Department of <br />Agriculture, Beneficiary named therein, recorded December 17, 2012, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201210706, has been paid in part, <br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Partial Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned as Trustee does, by these presents, grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and in the estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises: <br />A tract of land in the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1 /2SE1 /4) of Section 26, Township <br />11 North, Range 12 West of the 6 P.M., Hall County NE more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section thence S90 °00'00" W (on an assumed <br />bearing and all bearings contained herein are relative thereto;) on the South Line of Said Quarter <br />section a Distance of 1224.93 feet; thence N01 °09'08" W a Distance of 40.02 feet to a point on <br />the Northerly Right of Way of County road and the Point of Beginning; thence S90 °00'00 "W on <br />said Right of Way a distance of 592.34 feet; thence N00 °18'37" W a Distance of 411.54 feet; <br />thence N90 °00'00 "E a Distance of 586.29 feet; thence S01 °09'08 "E a Distance of 411.62 feet to <br />the point of beginning, said tract contains 5.56 acres more or less. <br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging <br />to such premises. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
