Bennetzen , located at <br />1616 N Huston Ave, Grand Island, NE 68803 <br />For and in consideration of receiving direct funds In this amount Four Thousand Dollars($4,000 ) (the <br />"Subsidy ") under the Affordable Housing Program (AHP), which Is governed by 12 U.S.0 1430(j), 12 CFR Part <br />1291, and the AHP Implementation Plan (the Rules). The Subsidy Is provided to Borrower as a grant, subject to <br />the five -year retention described herein. There is no obligation to repay the Subsidy, except as further described <br />in this Agreement and there is no interest on this grant. <br />This Agreement shall be properly recorded, at Borrower's expense, with respect to: <br />Lot One Hundred Twenty One ( 121), in West Lawn, in the City of Grand Is land, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Revised February 2015 <br />
