Grim, a single person, as Trustor to <br />Stacy Nonhof, City Attorney for the City of Grand Island, as Trustee, for the benefit of The City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 22, 2008, recorded on March 18, 2008, and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 0200802262, has <br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee <br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee <br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />The East 1/2 of Lot Seven (7) and the West Six (6) feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Ninety -Three (93), <br />in Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />2016, before me, the undersigned, a General Notary Public, duly <br />commissioned and qualified personally came Stacy Nonhof, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and acknowledged the <br />execution of this instrument was his voluntary act and deed as Trustee. <br />
