<br /> Successor by Merger to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust, Co. Inc. is the Trustee under a
<br /> Deed of Trust made and entered into on or about June 13, 2013, by and between Troy Morris
<br /> aka Troy W Morris and Julie Morris aka Julie L Morris, husband and wife Trustors, Platte
<br /> Valley State Bank & Trust, Co. Inc., Trustee, and Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br /> Company, Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was recorded on July 1, 2013 as Instrument No.
<br /> 201305264 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Platte County, Nebraska. First National
<br /> Bank of Omaha, Successor by Merger to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust, Co. Inc.,
<br /> Trustee and Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Twenty Thousand and 0/100 Dollars
<br /> ($20,000.00) and other good and valuable consideration received from First National Bank of
<br /> Omaha, Successor by Merger to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust, Co. Inc., does hereby
<br /> grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto First National Bank of Omaha, Successor by

<br /> together with interest thereon at once immediately due and payable.
<br /> 2. That a Notice of Default as required by §76-1006 was filed by Grantor on March 17,
<br /> 2016 as Instrument No. 201601580 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Platte
<br /> County, Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties
<br /> entitled to notice, pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with §76-1008,
<br /> R.R.S.Nebraska.
<br /> 3. That the Trustors failed to cure the default referenced in the Notice of Default within 30
<br /> days after filing of the Notice of Default.
<br /> 4. That a Notice of Trustee's Sale was filed by Grantor on April 27, 2016 as Instrument No.
<br /> 201602548 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Platte County, Nebraska. A copy of
<br /> said Notice of the time and place of the sale was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to
<br /> notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with §76-1008, R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br /> 5. That Grantor as required by §76-1007 published a Notice of Trustee's Sale to be held on
<br /> June 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West
<br /> First Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Said Notice was published in Grand Island
<br /> Independent, a legal newspaper of Platte County, Nebraska, once a week for five
