<br /> Sur�►i�a� o�Representatians and 1Narranties. All representatians,warranties,and a�reemen�s made hy Trustor in this
<br /> Deed o�Trust shall surviv� the execution and delivery vf fhis Deed of Trust, shall be confinuing in nature, and sha��
<br /> rema�n�n full force and e�Fect until such time as Trustor's Indebtedness shall be pa�d�n full.
<br /> C�NDENfNATI�N. The following pro�isions r��ating�o condemnation proceedings are a part of#his Deed of Trust:

<br /> Appl�cat�on of Net Proceeds. If a�l or any part of the Prope�y is condemned by eminent domain proce�dings or hy any
<br /> proceeding or pu�chase in lieu af condemnation, Lender may at its elec�ion require that al! ar any portion �f the nef
<br /> proceeds af the award be applied ta th� fndeb�edness vr the repair❑r�estorat�on of the Proper�y. The net proceeds o�
<br /> �he award shall mean the auva�d af�er payment of afl reasonable costs,expenses,and atfarneys'�ees incu�red by Trustee

<br /> [MPQSITfQN �F TAXES, FEES AND GHARGES BY G�V�RNN�ENTAL AUTH�RITIES. The�ollawing provisions refating

<br /> Property. Trustor shafi reimburse Lender f�r al� taxes, as described below, tvgether w�#h all expenses �ncurred in
<br /> recording, perfecting o��onf�nuing this Deed of Trust, inc�uding wi�hout limitat�on al! taxes, fees, documentary stamps,
<br /> and other charg�s for recarding or�egisfering�his Deed af Trust.
<br /> Taxes. The fa�lowing shall constifufe�axes ta which this se�tion applies: �1} a specific tax upon this type vf Deed o�
<br /> Trust or up�n al� vr any part of the Indebtedness secured by this Deed a�Trusf; �2} a spe�ifi�tax an Trustor which

<br /> Subsequent Taxes. !�any tax tv which th�s section applies is enacted subsequent to the date of th�s C]eed of Trus#,this
<br /> event shal!have the same eff�ct as an Event af Defaul�,and Lender may exercise any ar alf of its a�ailable remedies far
<br /> an E�ent vf Defaulf as provided beivw unless Trustor either {�} pays the tax be€vre it becomes definquent, or �2}
<br /> cvn�ests fhe tax as pro�id�d abo�e in the Tax�s and Liens section and deposits with Lender cash or a suffcient�arporate

<br /> SECURITY AGREEMENT; FINANCING STATEMENTS. The fol�owin�provtsions relating to this Deed of Trust as a securify

<br /> ��pies vr repraductions af th�s Deed Q�Trust as a financing sfatemen�, Trus�ar sha�� re�mburse Lend�r for al�expenses
<br /> incu�red in pe�fecfing or confinuing #his secur�ty interes�. �pan d�#ault, Trustor sha�l not r�ma�e, sever❑r detach the
<br /> Pe�sonal P�aperty from #he Praperty. Upon defau[t, Trustar sha11 assem�le any P�rsonaf Property not affixed to the
<br /> Property in a manner and at a plac�reasanab�y�on�enient ta Trust�r and Lende�and make it avai�abfe fo Lender within
<br /> three�3}days after recei�t of rrvritten demand from Lender t�the extent permitted by applicable{aw.
