Dean and Carol Ann Phillips Dean, <br />Co- Trustees of the Second Amendment and Restatement of James E. Dean Revocable Living <br />Trust Agreement Dated June 3, 2015, as Amended, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of <br />One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Daniel R. Triplett and Suzanne M.
