Lot 37, Ravenwood Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Which Note and Mortgage were recorded in the Office of Register of Deeds of Hall County on <br />the 30t" Day of August, 1999 as Document No. 99- 108694 and Document No. 99- 108695. <br />WHEREAS, Mortgagors, have agreed to execute and deliver a Deed of Trust upon the <br />real estate to Axium Financial Services, to be a first Deed of Trust upon the premises, recorded <br />on the 1St day of September, 1999 as Document No. 99- 108768. <br />NOW THEREFORE, Lee T. Skalka, does hereby bargain, consent, promise and agree to <br />and with Mortgagors, their heirs and assigns, that the Deed of Trust upon the premises thus <br />executed by Mortgagors to Axium Financial Services shall at all times be a prior Deed of Trust <br />and a prior lien upon the premises to the Note and Mortgage to Lee T.
