DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 6, 1996, and executed by Jolene M. Fredrick, a single <br />person & Steven L.
