STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Aqreemen� is to set forth the terms and conditions under which , the Licensee may canstruct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned or controlled by the City: i . A mansard roof and identification sign projecting no : more than eighteen (18") inches into the public right � of way along the northwesterly side of Old Lincoln Highway at 1800 West Old Lincoln Highway, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
