<br /> Hazardous Substances. . The words "Hazardous Substances" mean materials that, because of their quantity,
<br /> canceniration or physical, chemical or infectious characteristics, may cause vr pose a present or potentia! hazard
<br /> t� human health ar the en�ironment when improperly used, treated. stored, dispased of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transported or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their�ery broadest sense and
<br /> include without �imitation any and at� hazardous ar t�xic substances, materials or waste as de�ined by or listed
<br /> under the En�iranmentaS Laws. The terrn "Hazardaus Substances" also includes, without�imitation, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum by-prvducts or any fraction thereo�and asbestos.
<br /> Impro�ements. The word "Impro�ements" means all existing and future impro�ements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobile homes affixed ❑n the Real Pcaperty, #aci�ities, additions, replacements and other canstruction on the Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> Indehtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means all principal. interest, and other amounts, cnsts and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note or Related ❑vcuments� together with al� renewals of, extensions of, modifications of�
<br /> consaiidations of and substitutions for the Note or Related Documents and any amounts expended or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustvr's obligations or expenses incurred by Tcustee ar Lender to enforce Trustar's
<br /> obligations under this Deed of Trust, together with interest on such amounts as pro�ided in this ❑eed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The wvrd "Lender" means First State Bank, tts successors and assigns. The words "successors or
<br /> assigns" mean any psrson or company that acquires any interest in the Note.
<br /> Note. The word "Note" means the promissory note dated July 1 1, 2p1 fi, ir1 the or�ginal principal amount
<br /> af $�43,4�0.�� from Trustor to Lender, tagether with all renewals of, extensions o�, modifications of,
<br /> refinancings of, cvnsolidations of, and substitutions far the promissary note ar agreement. The maturity date of
<br /> this ❑eed af Trust is Apr�l 15, ��17.
<br /> Personel Property. The wvrds "Personal Property" mean al� equipment, f�xtures, and other articles of personal
<br /> property now or hereafter owned by Trustor� and now or hereafter attached or affixed ta the Real Property;
<br /> togethe� with all accessions. parts, and additions to, aif replacements of, and all substitutions for, any of such
<br /> property; and together with all proceeds �including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of
<br /> premiums� fram any sale or other disposition of ihs Property. �
<br /> Property. The word "Property" means callecti�ely the Real Property and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Prvperty" mean the reat prvperty, interests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed of Trust. �
<br /> Related Dvcumants. The words "Related Documents" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br /> agreements, en�ironmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds af trust, security
<br /> deeds, cvl�ateral mortgages. and a�� other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereaftet
<br /> existing, executed in connection with the lndebtedness. �
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and future rents, re�enues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and
<br /> other benefits deri�ed from the Property.
