Borrower <br /> shal�not destroy,damage or impair the Proper�y,allow the Fraperty to deteriorate or commit waste <br /> on the Property. Whether or not Borrower is res�ding in the Property, Borrower shal�maintain the <br /> Property in order to pre�ent the Property from deteriorating or decr�asing in�alue due ta its condition. <br /> Unless it is determined pursuant to Section S that repair or restoratian is not economically feasi�le, <br /> Borrower shali promptly repair the Property if damaged to a�oid further deterioration or damage. <br /> If insurance or cvndemnation proceeds are paid in�onne�tion with damage to,ar the taking of,the <br /> Property,Borrower sha�l be responsible f�r repairing or restoring the Property only if Lender has <br /> released prviceeds for such purposes. Lender may disburse proceeds for the repairs and restoration <br /> in a singte payment or�n a serie�of progress payments as the work�s completed. If the insurarice or <br /> condemnation proceeds are not sufficient to repair or restore the Property,Borrower is not relieved of <br /> Borrower's obligation for the completion of such repair or restoration. <br /> Lender or its agent may make reasonable entries upon and inspe�tions of the Property. If it has <br /> reasonabie cause,Lender may inspect the interior of the improvements on the Property. Lender shall <br /> give Borrower notice at the time of or prior to such an interior inspection specifying such reasonable <br /> cause. <br /> 8. Borrower's Loan Appli�ation. Borrower shall be in defautt if,during the Loan appl�cation <br /> process, Borrower or any persons or entities acting at the direction of Borr�wer or with Borrower's <br /> know�edge or consent ga�e materially false, mis�ead�n�,or inaccurate information ar statements ta <br /> Lender(or faiied to pro�ide Lender with material information} in connection with the Loan. Material <br /> representations�nclude, but are not limited to,repr�sentations concerning Borrower's occupancy of the <br /> Froperry as Barrower's principal residence. <br /> 9. Protection of Lender's Int�rest�n the Property and Rights Under this 5��urity <br /> Instrum�nt.
