<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by James A. Coover and
<br />Peggy T. Coover, Husband and Wife, to Bell Federal Credit Union for the benefit of Bell Federal Credit
<br />Union the beneficiary named therein, dated September 30, 1996 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Document # 96- 107905 has been paid and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary name therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
<br />or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
