<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Casey N Macken and Julie L Macken, husband
<br />and wife, as Trustors to John Q. Bachman, Attorney at Law, Trustee for the benefit of First Mortgage Company, LLC, an
