<br /> Hazardous Substances. The words "Hazardous Substances" mean ma�er�als tha�, h�cause of th�ir quanti#y,
<br /> concen#ra�ion vr physica�, chemica� ar in�e�tious Characteristics, may cause or pose a presen� �r potent�a� ha�ard
<br /> ta human heal#h or th�en�i�onment when �mproperfy used, treated, stared, disposed of, generated, manu�actured,
<br /> transport�d or o�h�rwise handled. The wards "Hazardous Substances" are used in their very broadest sense and
<br /> include wi�haut I�mitation any and al� haza�d�us or toxic substances, mate�ia�s or waste as defrned by or lis�ed
<br /> under the En��ronmental Laws. The term "HazardQus 5ubstances" alsa inc�udes,wi�haut limitation, pe�r�feum and
<br /> petraleum by--prad ucts or any fraction thereof and asb�stos.
