<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Darr A Dockhorn
<br />and Arlene E Dockhorn, Husband and Wife, to Bell Federal Credit Union for the benefit of Bell Federal
<br />Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, dated March 27, 1997 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,Document # 97- 102394 has been paid and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
