Lease. On Ad NI c??, 2016, Landlord and Tenant entered into that certain <br />Ground Lease (the "Lease ") whereby Landlord granted Tenant the right to lease that certain real <br />property more particularly described on Exhibit "1" attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein (the "Leased Ground "). <br />2. Term. The initial Term of forty -nine (49) years commenced on 30e 2q, <br />1I. Tenant may renew and extend the term of the Lease for three (3) additional consecutive <br />option periods of ten (10) years each, subject to the terms of the Lease. <br />(a) Prohibited Use. The Leased Ground and any improvements thereon shall <br />be used solely for medical offices and for the practice of medicine and any other ancillary <br />use and for no other purposes, except as otherwise approved in writing by Landlord, in its <br />reasonable discretion.
