<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the
<br />Conditional Assignment to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, by CHARLES P. SPRAGUE and CAROL P. SPRAGUE, of
<br />a Lease dated , 2000, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Charles P.
<br />Sprague and Carol P. Sprague, husband and wife, are the Lessees, such lease commenced
<br />May 1, 2000, and terminates April 30, 2035, and pertains to:
<br />Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), having a lake front footage of
<br />100 feet and situated on the West side of the West portion of
<br />Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E1/2SW1 /4) in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said
<br />Debtors to Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br />additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY -
<br />THOUSAND and NO/ 100 DOLLARS ($132,000.00) and a Financing Statement or
<br />mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
