<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />November 1, 2006, executed by Hayes, Hayes, & Soto Investments, L.L.C., a Nebraska Corporation; as Trustor(s),
<br />in which FIRST STATE BANK, Shelton, Nebraska (now Cornerstone Bank, Successor in interest to First
<br />State Bank, Shelton, Nebraska), is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded
<br />November 6, 2006, in Book Instrument No. 200609955 and re recorded January 25, 2007 as Instrument No.
<br />200700628, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received
<br />from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums
<br />secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described below have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to - wit:
<br />The West Twenty -Five (25) feet of Lot Fourteen (14) and all of Lots Sixteen (16) and Eighteen (18), of Foster's
<br />Subdivision of Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) of Wood Lawn Subdivision of part of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SE 114 NE 1/4) and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE 1/4 SE 1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Bare Lot on Avenue A,
<br />Wood River, NE 68883
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of
<br />Trust being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate
<br />described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Daryl L. Wilton, Executive Vice President and has caused its corporate
<br />seal to be hereunto affixed on July 5, 2016.
