<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />March 6, 2014 executed by Hayes, Hayes & Soto Investments, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as
<br />Trustor(s) in which Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />trustee, and recorded April 1, 2014, in Instrument No. 201401818 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the current Beneficiary, a written request to
<br />partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion
<br />of the property described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, asTrustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The West Twenty-Five (25) feet of Lot Fourteen (14) and all of Lots Sixteen (16) and Eighte4n (18), of Foster's
<br />Subdivision of Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) of Wood Lawn Subdivision of part of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4) and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE 1/4 SE 1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Ten (10) North, Range Tweleve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Bare Lot on Avenue A,
<br />Wood River, NE 68883
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of
<br />Trust being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate
<br />described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Daryl L. Wilton, Executive Vice President, and has caused its corporate seal
