<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />CHARLES P. SPRAGUE and CAROL P. SPRAGUE, husband and wife, c
<br />ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a
<br />loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $132,000.00 the Lease dated May 1,
<br />2000, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining to the
<br />following - described premises:
<br />Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), having a lake front footage of 100
<br />feet and situated on the west side of the west portion of Kuester Lake,
<br />and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(E1/2SW' /4) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; such
<br />lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $132,000.00 with
<br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void
<br />and of no further force nor effect.
