WARRANTY DEED 2 0 010 313 G <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; <br />THAT I or WE, Lungrins Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, herein called the grantor, whether <br />one or more, in consideration of Sixty -Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty -Eight Dollars and <br />Forty Cents ($68,688.40), does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Richard L. <br />Lungrin and Carol A.
