<br />Deceased, pursuant to appointment by the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Grantor,
<br />conveys and releases to Bernadette Scott, Arnold C. Wenn II, and Sharon K. Goodrich,
<br />Grantees, as tenants in common, in the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska

<br />of the 6`' P.M., more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 33 Feet East of
<br />the Northwest corner of said Lot 26; thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot 26, a
<br />distance of 138.75 Feet; thence Southerly at right angles and parallel with the West line of said
<br />Lot 26, a distance of 66 Feet; thence Westerly at right angles a distance of 138.75 Feet; thence
<br />Northerly at right angles and parallel with the East line of said Lot 26, a distance of 66 Feet to
<br />the place of beginning, in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled to distribution
<br />of the real estate from said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR
<br />has legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
