<br />L. and Betty J. Siemers, husband and wife, 5076 W. Abbott Road,
<br />Grand Island, NE 68803, as Trustor, to David H. Fisher, Attorney at
<br />Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska 68902 -1044, as Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of Ag Services of America, Inc., P.O. Box 668, Cedar
<br />Falls, IA 50613 -0668, as Beneficiary, recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 12, 1995, as
<br />Instrument No. 95- 104619 has been partially paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />In consideration of such partial payment and in accordance
<br />with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest
<br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in
