J se a r <br />201604298 <br />WHEREAS, an easement is required by the City of Grand Island, from the owner of <br />Lot 2, W and J Subdivision, located at 315 N Washington Street, for a public utility easement to <br />access an existing sanitary sewer main; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held June 28, 2016 for the purpose of discussing <br />the acquisition of the proposed public utility easement, as follows: <br />A proposed easement comprising all of the southerly Ten (10.0) feet <br />(measured perpendicular to the south line) of Lot Two (2), W and J <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said <br />proposed easement containing 1,320 square feet, more or less. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to acquire a public utility easement as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, located <br />on Lot 2, W and J Subdivision, located at 315 N Washington Street, to allow access to the existing <br />sanitary sewer main. <br />
