<br />Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded
<br />on October 2, 2015 in Instrument No. 201506829 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially
<br />reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the
<br />property described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust being
<br />partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
