BAACK <br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated 6/30/94 4/6/95 19 <br />and recorded 7/25/94 4/12/ 5 , 19 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 94- 106292 95- 102231 , has been paid, <br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be exe- <br />cuted and delivered: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the .request <br />of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, <br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the <br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the fol- <br />lowing described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />EAST TWO (21) FEET OF LOT NINE (9) AND WEST FIFTY SEVEN FEET (57') OF LOT TEN <br />(10) BLOCK THREE (3), CUNNINGHAM SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />?I <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to <br />such premises. <br />Dated this 4th day of May lg 99 <br />Trustee Arend R.
