Thompson, being first duly sworn upon his or her oath, deposes and says: <br />1. That the Affiant is the successor trustee under the terms and conditions ofthe Douglas <br />D. Thompson Revocable Trust dated March 22, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust "). <br />2. That on July 2 2016, the Affiant became the successor trustee of the said Trust <br />following the death of Douglas D. Thompson on June 3, 2016, the settlor and initial trustee of said <br />Trust, a certified copy of his death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A ", and upon signing an <br />Acceptance to Act as Trustee under the Douglas D. Thompson Revocable Trust, an original of which <br />is attached as Exhibit "B ". <br />3. That the Affiant remains the sole trustee of the said Trust as of this date. <br />4. That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property: <br />An undivided one -half (/) interest in and to the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW1/4NW1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6t P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -half (/2) interest in and to the North Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (NY2SW1/4) of Section Thirty (30), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of <br />land described as the West 50.0 feet of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />of said Section 30 (said exception contains 1.52 acres, more or less, which includes <br />1.22 acres, more or less, previously occupied as a public highway, the remaining 0.30 <br />acres, more or less, being the additional acreage hereby secured); and EXCEPT a <br />tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(N /2SW %) of said Section 30, and more particularly described as follows: First, <br />to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northwest corner of said <br />Southwest Quarter (SW1/4); thence south along and upon the west line of said <br />Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), a distance of 919.0 feet; thence deflecting left 90 °00' <br />and running easterly, a distance of 50.0 feet to a point on the easterly highway <br />right of way line and being the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence <br />continuing easterly along the last described course a distance of 200.0 feet; <br />thence deflecting right 90 °00' and running southerly, parallel with the west line <br />of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), a distance of 120.0 feet; thence deflecting <br />right 90 °00' and running westerly, a distance of 200.0 feet to a point on said <br />easterly right of way line; thence northerly along and upon said right of way line <br />a distance of 120.0 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING (said exception <br />contains 0.551 acres, more or less); <br />An undivided one -half ( /2) interest in and to the East Half of the Northwest <br />Quarter (Ey2NW1/4) of Section Twenty -seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />1 <br />
