<br /> Indebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means all principa�, int�*�e�st, ��h ot�r amau�nt5�'���ts and expenses

<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means F+�e P�ints Bank, its successors and assigns. The words "successors or
<br /> assigns" mean any person or company that acquires any interest in the Credit A�reement.
<br /> Persvnal Property. The w�rds "Personal Prop�rty" mean afl equi�ment, fix�ures, and ❑ther articles af persanal
<br /> property now or hereafter �wned by Trustor, and now ar hereafter attached ❑r affixed ta the Real Property;
<br /> t�gether with all accessivns, parts, and additions tv, afl replacements of, and all substitutions fvr, any af �uch
<br /> praperty; and together with all pro�eeds �including wEthaut iimitaCi�n al! insurance proceeds and refunds a�
<br /> premiums) fram any sa�� or ather dispasitian ot the Praperty,
<br /> Property. The ward "Property" means Galle�ti�ely the Real Property and the Persvnal Praperty.
<br /> Real Prnperty. The words "Rea� Property" mean the reai prop�rty, int�rests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed of Trust.
<br /> Related Dfl�uments. The words "Related Da�uments" mean a�l prvmissory nates, credit agreements, Ivan
<br /> agreements, en�iranmental a�reements, guaranties, security agreements, mo�tgages, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, �vllat�ral martgages, and all ather instruments, agreem�nts and documents, whether now or hereafter
<br /> existing, ex��uted in c�nnection with the Indebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The wvrd "Rents" means al� present and future rents, re�enues, income, issues, rayalties, pratits, and
<br /> other benefits deri�ed from the Property.
