<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Stalker Development,
<br />Ltd., as Trustor, to Gary D. Byrne, Trustee, for the benefit of Eleanor Arlene Fischer, Trustee of
<br />the Eleanor Arlene Fischer Trust, as Beneficiary, dated March 27, 2000, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2000 -02321 has
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment, and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title,
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Lot Ten (10), in Block Forty (40), In Charles Wasmer's Addition, and its complement, Lot Ten (10),
<br />in Block Forty (40), in Charles Wasmer's Second Addition, both being Additions to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and Fractional Lot Eight (8), in Fractional Block Forty (40) In
<br />Charles Wasmer's Addition, and Its complement, Fractional Lot Eight (8), in Fractional Block Forty
<br />(40), in Charles Wasmer's Second Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska and Fractional Lot Nine (9), In Fractional Block Forty (40), in Charles Wasmer's
<br />Addition, and Its complement, Fractional Lot Nine (9), Fractional Block Forty (40), in Charles
<br />Wasmer's Second Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
