SMITH, Attorney - <br />at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following described real estate: <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Three (3) of Packer & <br />Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to Trustor EPGI, L.L.C., a Nebraska <br />limited liability company. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Bruce I.
