<br /> remv�er sever or detach the Pers�nal Prnperty fram the Prvperty. Upon default, Trustor shafl assemble any

<br /> Lender as Trustar's attorney-in-�act for the purpase af making. �xecu�ing, deli�ering, filing� re�arding, and dving all
<br /> other things as may be necessary �r �esirable. in Lender's sole opinion, to accomplish the matters referred to in

<br /> Right to Cure. If any defau��, other than a default in paymen�� is curabls and if Trus�tor has not been given a notice
<br /> af a br�ach of the same prvWision vf this �eed of Trust withEn the preceding�twelve �1�y mon�hs, �t may b�cur�d if
