<br /> gensration, rnanufacture, st�rage, treatment, disposal, release vr threatened release of any Hazardous 5ubs�ance

<br /> inspec�ions and �ests, at Trust�r's expense, as Lend�r may deem appropriate to de�ermine compliance of the
<br /> Property with this s�ction of th� ❑eed of Trust. Any insp�ctions or �ests mad� by Lender shall b� for Lend�r`s
<br /> purpases only and shail nQt be canstrued �� create any responsibility vr I�ability on the part af Lender to Trustvr or
<br /> to any other person. The representations and warranti�s cvntained herein ar� based on Trustar's due d�iigence in

<br /> Rernoval of Imprarrer�ents, Trustor shall not demolish ar remove any Impro�ements fram the R�al Pr�perty vuithout
<br /> Lender's prior written G�nsent. As a condi�i�n to the r�ma�al of any Impro�ements, Lend�r may require Trustor ta
<br /> make arrangements satisfia�t�ry t� Lender �o replace such Impro�ements with lmprovements of at [east equal

<br /> Lender's Righfi tv Enter, Lender and Lender's agenfis and repres�ntatives may enter upon the Real Prope�ty at all
<br /> r�asonable times to attend to Lender"s Ent�r�s�s and to insp�ct the Real Praperty for purpases ofi Trustor's
<br /> compliance with the te�ms and conditions ofi this De�d of Trus#.
