<br />Parcel 3: The North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
<br />Twenty -one (21) in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR has legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey the same.
