<br />FRED H. BOSSELMAN AND MAXINE BOSSELMAN, husband and wife,
<br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein
<br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of EXCHANGE OF REAL?

<br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />(NE1 -4SE1 -4) of Section Thirteen (13), in Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows, viz: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 -SE'-4) of
<br />said Section, running thence South along the East line
<br />of said Section for a distance of 148.5 feet, running
<br />thence West at right angles for a distance of 290.0
<br />feet, running thence North at right angles, for a
<br />distance of 152.0 feet to the North line of said
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE1 -4) of said Section, and running
<br />thence East along the North line of said Southeast
<br />Quarter (SEA), for a distance of 290.0 feet to the
<br />place of beginning, all in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly described
<br />in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 94- 108121.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantee
<br />and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized
<br />of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except for
<br />covenants, restrictions and easements of record; and that we have
<br />good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and we hereby
<br />covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises against
