<br />LOT FOUR (4), HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 100 FEET,
<br />SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF KUESTER
<br />LAKE, AND BEING ON A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE
<br />SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2SW1 /4), IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13)
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, BOUNDED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE BY THE COMMON

<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $100,000.00, with interest and according
<br />to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further
