<br />SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2SW1 /4), IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13)

<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $100,000.00, with interest and according
<br />to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
