<br />Party), by ERNEST PETERSON and CHRISTINE Z PETERSON, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants,
<br />(Debtors), of a Lease dated LARCH 30 , 2001 , wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC is the Lessor
<br />and ERNEST PETERSON and CHRISTINE Z PETERSON are the Lessee, such Lease commenced
<br />MARCH 30 2001 and terminates MARCH 29 2036 , and pertains to:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 100 FEET, SITUATED
<br />ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE, AND BEING
<br />A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2SW1 /4), IN
<br />SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9),
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BOUNDED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE BY THE
<br />COMMON ROAD.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtors to HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as
<br />additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of $100,000.00 and a Financing Statement or
<br />mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said note (bond).
