NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE 2 0 0 ®0 3 % 0 R <br />NOTICE is hereby given by Willard W. Cantin and Lucille F Cantin, as SELLER, and <br />Ruben D'Blanco, as BUYER, that the following described real property has been sold <br />under a written installment sale contract dated the 25th day of January, 2000. The <br />property sold under said Agreement is described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1), Block Ninety -Eight (98), Railroad Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with improvements located on the real estate. <br />The Seller has executed, acknowledged, and delivered a deed conveying the real estate <br />herein, which deed is held in escrow by the escrow agent, Lauritsen, Brownell, Brostrom, <br />Stehlik, Thayer & Myers pursuant to the sale contract, which provides that the Seller <br />retains a first lien on the real property to secure fulfillment of the contract terms by the <br />Buyer. The buyer is entitled to possession of the real estate from and after fulfillment of <br />the contract.
