WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />dated DECEMBER 15, 1992 and recorded DECEMBER 15, 1992 in the Office of the

<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
