<br /> Borrower. The wa�d "Borrower" means Midwest P�emier In�estments, L.L.C, and includes al! co-signers and
<br /> co-mak�rs signing the Note and all their su�cessors and assigns.
<br /> Deed vf Trus�. The words "Deed of Trust" mean this De�d of Trus� among Trusto�, Lender, and Trustee, and
<br /> includes without I�mita�ian ail assignm�nt and sscurity interest provisions rela�ing �o the Persflnal Property and
<br /> Rents.

<br /> Guarantor. The ward "Guaran�or" means any guaran�or, sure�y, or accommodation party a� any or af! of �h�
<br /> Indeb�edness.
<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaran�ty" means the guaran'�y from Guarantor to Lender, including without limitation a
<br /> guaranty af all a�part of the Note.
<br /> Hazardvus Subs#ances. The words "Ha�ardous 5ubs�ances" mean materials that, becaus� of their quanti�y,
<br /> concentration or physicai, chemical or infe�tiaus charac�eristics, may �ause or pose a present or potential hazard
<br /> tv human health ❑r the en�ironm�nt when impraperly used, treated, stor�d, dispos�d of, generated, manu#actured,
<br /> transported or atherwise handled. The wvrds "Hazard�us Substances" are used in their �ery hroadest sense and
<br /> includ� without limita�ivn any and a�� ha�ardous �r toxic suhstances, materials or waste as defined by or listed
<br /> under�he En�ironmentai Laws. The term "Ha�ardaus 5ubstances" also includes, w�thout�imitation, pe�rol�um and
<br /> pe�roleum by-products or any frac�ion thereof and asbestos.
<br /> Impro�ements. The word "Impro�ements" means all exist�ng and future impro�ements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobile homes aff�xed on th� Real Property, facilities, additians, repla�ements and ather construction on the Real
<br /> Pro pe rty.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means ai� principal, interes�, and other amounts, casts and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note or Related Dacumen�s, tog�ther with a�l renewals of, ex#ens�ons of, modifications o#,
<br /> consolidations af and substitutions for the Note or Re�ated ❑ocuments and any amounts �xpended ar ad�anced by
<br /> Lender t� discharge Trustor`s obligati�ns or expenses incurred by Trusfiee or Lender to enfarce Trustor's
<br /> obligations under �his Deed o� Trus�, together wi�h interes� on such amounts as pro�ided �n �his ❑eed of Trust.
