<br /> contro�of�he Proper�y; {�} use, operate or manage�he Property; and 43} �ollect the Ren�Cs fram the Prop�rty.
<br /> Du�y to Maintain. Trustor shall maintain the Property in tenantable condition and prvmp�ly per#orm all repairs,
<br /> replacements, and maintenance n�cessary�� pr�ser�e i�s�afue.
<br /> Comptiance With En�ironmen�al Laws. Trustor represen�s and warrants to Lender that: �1 y Quring �he periad of
<br /> Trustar's owne�ship❑f the Property, �here has been nv use, genera�ion, manufac�ur�, storage, treatmen�, dispflsal,
<br /> release or threatened refease vf any Hazardous 5ubstance by any person on, under, abou� or from the Property;
<br /> �2� Trustar has no knowledge of, or reason t❑ bel�e�e �hat there has been, excep� as pre�ivusly d�sclosed to and
<br /> acknow(edged by Lender in wri�ing, �a} any h�each vr �iolation of any En�ironmental Laws, (b� any use,
