<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Vince Dowding, Attorney At Law, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association as Trustee, executed by Gary Mettenbrink,
<br />John Mettenbrink, Lynn Mettenbrink, Lynn Mettenbrink and Arlene Mettenbrink, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #97- 107834, on the 22nd day of September, 1997 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Vince Dowding, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, as Beneficiary, written request to
<br />reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Parcel 6: The Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom tracts of land more
<br />particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 3, Page 638 and Warranty Deed recorded in Book 164,
<br />Page 409.
<br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska excepting therefrom tracts of land more
<br />particularly described in plat of North Fork Subdivision recorded as Document No. 86- 102771, Trustee's
<br />Deed recorded as Document No. 86- 104747 and QuitClaim Deed recorded as Document No. 87- 101842.
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE 1 /4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West
<br />of the 6,h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
