<br />Four Hundred and 00 /100 ($51,400.00) Dollars received from GRANTEES, JOHN L.
<br />TREJO and GLORIA J. TREJO, husband and wife, and EVA SANCHEZ and
<br />ANTELMO SANCHEZ, husband and wife, conveys to GRANTEES, as joint tenants
<br />with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat., § 76 -201):
<br />The Southerly Eighty (80) Feet of Lot Five (5), Block Six (6), Windolph's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES
<br />that GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances subject to easements, reservations, covenants and
<br />restrictions of record;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of
<br />all persons.
