WHEREAS, GREGORY R KLIEGL, HUSBAND AND PATRICIA M KLIEGL, WIFE was /were the
<br />original Trustor, OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY the original
<br />Trustee, and ALLIED GROUP MORTGAGE COMPANY the Beneficiary, under that certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated OCTOBER 1, 1997 and recorded OCTOBER 3, 1997 in INST #97-
<br />108276 of the Official Records of the County of HALL, State of Nebraska, AND
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under
<br />said Deed of Trust in place and instead of OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE
<br />COMPANY, now therefore, the undersigned hereby substitutes NATIONWIDE HOME
