<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST IS DATED APRIL 28, 2000, among Marvin G. Welty and Alice Marie Welty, With Vesting

<br />without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, located in Hall County, State of Nebraska (the "Rea

<br />Two Hundred Sixty (260.0) feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Five (5), Township Twelve
