<br />NEBRASKA in Book of Official Records at Page , as Document # 98- 108801 has been fully
<br />paid; said Deed of Trust conveyed real property situated in the County of HALL, State of NEBRASKA and
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />THE NORTHERLY SEVENTY THREE (73) FEET OF LOT ONE (1) AND THE NORTHERLY SEVENTY
<br />THREE (73) FEET OF THE EASTERLY SIXTEEN (16) FEET OF LOT TWO (2), AND ALL IN BLOCK
<br />SEVEN (70, OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF GRAND ISLAND, AHLL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />AND WHEREAS, OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, is now the
<br />Trustee under the Deed of Trust noted above.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee,
<br />does hereby grant, release, and convey unto the present holders of the equitable title to said real property, ALL
<br />the estate and interest derived to the said Trustee, by or through said Deed of Trust, in the real property situated
<br />in the County of HALL, State of NEBRASKA, therein described, together with the appurtenances, special
<br />references being hereby made to said Deed of Trust and the record thereof for a particular description of said
<br />real property.
